I'm Andy Hannagan, an entrepreneur for 25 years and recently acting as a quasi-Chief AI Officer/advisor for several businesses. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, to design, build, and implement AI solutions that actually work.
I get in the trenches, work alongside leaders and teams, and make sure the tools we build drive real results. In the last 6 months I have built over 50 different custom GPT’s to integrate and enhance human performance and business speed.

He rolls up his sleeves, works alongside executives and delivery teams, and makes sure platforms deliver real, measurable business value.
In the past two decades, he has guided over 45 major technology programs, including Salesforce, Adobe, various ERP, custom-software, data, analytics and AI, with a 100% success rate in project recovery.
His philosophy is simple: deliver quick wins, focus on delivering value, build momentum, and leave teams with the capability to maintain ongoing progress.
